Privacy Policy for MobiusPoD

MobiusPoD strives to maintain high standards for the protection of user and Merchant privacy over the Internet. The purpose of this statement is to explain to our MobiusPoD app users, the type of information MobiusPoD obtains through the usage of the app, how we gather it, how we use it, and how long we retain it.

Information We Collect:

We will not sell, share, or disclose any information obtained from the usage of the MobiusPoD app with anyone outside of MobiusPoD, except for Merchants who are registered with us to allow their customers to use the app. The information we receive comes only from Merchants registered with MobiusPoD who send it to our servers via an administration dashboard located in MobiusPoD. This information is restricted to a list of deliveries and their details such as delivery location addresses, products types, quantities and any notes or documentation made by a driver in the course of making a delivery. This information is processed by our servers and is sent to the Merchants using MobiusPoD in the form of reports and screen displays. No personal data is collected from customers using the MobiusPoD app.

MobiusPoD

MobiusPoD uses multiple APIs employing Secure Socket Layer technology with encryption for the transmission of any data back and forth between the mobile app and MobiusPoD servers.

Data Retention:

The data is retained only as long as is legally mandated for the type of business and only as long as it is necessary to process it and send it back to the registered Merchant.
